301. E-mail released in Mike Duffy trial, when Nigel Wright testified, suggests Harper initially lied about his knowledge in the Duffy Senate Scandal. Wright has been adamant that when he said "Harper is good to go" it meant Harper knew nothing about Wright giving Duffy money. The new E-mail is far more incriminating against Harper. The E-mail released in court, dated May 14, 2013 at 10:54 AM, (E-mail #553 in the court documents), reads, "The PM knows, in broad terms only, that I personally assisted Duffy when I was getting him to agree to repay the expenses." In other words, Harper KNEW there was a cover up going on in the Prime Minister's Office. Whether he knew about a damn cheque, or if it was done in cash, hardly matters. This E-mail CONFIRMS Harper KNEW what was going on! This is a page right out of the Nixon playbook. Nixon KNEW about Watergate deceiving the American public and he was forced to resign. Likewise, Harper KNEW his office was deceiving the Canadian public! Why is the CON party allowing him to remain in their caucus and as their Leader? This E-mail now puts the WHOLE Conservative Party on trial: for allowing a corrupt Leader to remain in their party. Harper should have been forced out of his party for this blatant corruption, the Crown Prosecutor should have been notified, and the RCMP should have arrested Harper. Canada, under Harper, is lawless!

On Wednesday, the International Center for Science in Drug Policy wanted to set the record straight and released a summary of scientific evidence to debunk Harper's claims about the dangers of marijuana. In a press release, the group, led by Scientist Dan Werb, PhD, a Toronto epidemiologist and researcher, stated "There is a serious danger that the repetition of false claims, especially by our country's leaders, will lead to policies that further put our young at risk. Just yesterday, Stephen Harper stated that cannabis legalization would only serve to make drugs more accessible to our children. In fact, we've seen sustained, high levels of cannabis availability among youth in Canada under our [Harper's] current policies." The International Center for Science in Drug Policy report cites several studies that debunk Harper's argument. They wrote that countries with liberal marijuana laws, such as the Netherlands, actually show lower rates of use than countries with the more punitive approach, which clueless Harper is dictating to Canadians.

Harper's former Chief of Staff, Nigel Wright, was and is as deluded as any and all of Harper's ring-kissing lieutenants, caught up in the arrogance and entitlement Harper has created in the Prime Minister's Office, now for a full decade. The lawlessness under Harper was all reflected by Nigel Wright in one sentence in the witness box, under oath, in an Ottawa courtroom on August 13, 2015; which was a complete precis of Harper's psychotic rule: being a COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY! Wright said, "I had an obligation to fulfill my end of the arrangement with him [Duffy]. I couldn't think of another way of doing it." No Nigel, the obligation was NOT to become entangled in a cover up and bribe! This reflects the contempt for Canadians and their money, entrusted to Harper in the tens of billions of dollars annually. Wright simply could NOT and still CANNOT see that the CORRECT solution was to pick up the phone and call the Justice Department because a White Crime had been committed against the People of Canada. This is exactly what Harper bred in his office: lying and deceit, the sickness that grows like a virus, bred by Harper the psychopath wielding power over sociopaths, like Nigel Wright. From Harper down to the thousands of CON civil servants under him: soaking in the limelight of control, they all forgot who they work for and who they are paid by: Canadians; not vice versa. And get this: Harper still has supreme control! And why hasn't Nigel Wright been charged for his role in this crime against Canadians? That one sentence above, under oath, was a confession of his DIRECT INVOLVEMENT in a crime! Right there the judge should have ordered a pair of Del Mastro-styled bracelets! Because of Nigel Wright's cover up MILLIONS OF TAX DOLLARS were wasted on audits and getting to the Truth! Is Nigel Wright 'free to go' because the Solicitor General of Canada sits next to Harper? That is how sick it is. Harper's crime against the People of Canada is STILL ongoing, even from a courtroom's witness box. And MILLIONS of Victims watch this Harper-led, white-collar crime unfold on our living room televisions, frustrated and helpless!

313. Harper's Department of Aboriginal Affairs was ordered to pay $20,000 to Dr. Cindy Blackstock for pain and suffering due to the behaviour of David McArthur, a senior government bureaucrat and former special assistant to then-Minister of Aboriginal Affairs Chuck Strahl. The dispute stemmed from a 2009 incident in which Mr. McArthur barred Dr. Blackstock from a gathering with First Nations chiefs from Ontario. Dr. Blackstock has also been the subject of federal government surveillance due to advocacy for First Nations children's rights. For years, Dr. Blackstock has been a central figure in a long-standing battle with the federal government over aboriginal child welfare. The First Nations Child and Family Caring Society (FNCFCS) is the only national organization serving Aboriginal children and families in Canada. As national partners, UFCW Canada and FNCFCS are actively collaborating on projects to advance equality, diversity, education, and social and economic justice for First Nations children, youth, and families.

315. Harper's treatment of Veterans is reflected in the way Corporal Glen Kirkland was thrown out of the military. Kirkland suffers from hearing loss, has vision problems and sustained a brain injury, (which left him dependent on insulin), as a result of a Taliban ambush in Afghanistan in 2008. Kirkland also suffers from PTSD. The CONs issuing him his RELEASE PAPERS and was discharged RIGHT AFTER he spoke out to Members of Parliament at a Parliamentary Committee hearing into the care of Canada's injured soldiers! One spiked comment stated, "“You sold us out to China, you will be remembered by Canadians and this treaty if passed will come up at every federal election for the next 30 years, you have made us a serfdom, time for the Cons to retire,” And another removed critical comment said, "“This man [Harper] is a traitor and an agent for communist China and you treat him like he’s the Lord of Glory, you poor blind fools,” Yet another removed comment said, “I never thought I’d see the day when My own country would sneak a deal like this behind the Canadian peoples back. No loyalty to her people none at all, border line treason and don’t you dare tell me different, this country should look out for each other and watch each other’s backs, LOYALTY.” Another one purged said, “The Arctic is Our Home. Then why are you trying to destroy it by drilling for oil and melting the ice through climate change?”

319. Harper's Employment Minister, CON MP Jason Kenney, (starring in his own Parliament Hill Dumb and Dumber movie equivalent), slammed HIS OWN MINISTRY'S Temporary Foreign Worker Program!

The fifth-floor kitchen in the Government Conference Centre was the spot where future prime minister Jean Chrétien and the attorneys general, Roy McMurtry of Ontario and Roy Romanow of Saskatchewan, reportedly hammered out a compromise that helped save the tense constitutional talks from failure.The incident became known as the “Kitchen Accord.”

276. In the spirit of Harper attacks and bullying against Justin Trudeau, in September, 2014, Harper's "ethical oil" adviser, Ezra Levant, called Justin Trudeau's father, Pierre Elliott Trudeau a slut. Levant said, "“Liona Boyd. Margot Kidder. Kim Cattrall. He banged anyone, he was a slut.” Levant began his rant because Justin had kissed a bride, at the bride's request; a total fun, pre-arranged photobomb. Justin had been at the Hilton Hotel in Markham, Ontario for a general Liberal meeting when Trudeau’s photographer, Adam Scotti, snapped the picture. End of story? Nope! Levant used that innocent fun moment as an opportunity to viciously attack Justin Trudeau's deceased father. Harper and his advisers have zero political morals: attack, attack, attack; especially Justin, wherever and whenever they can.

Harper, apparently an egomaniac, because: he authorized SEVEN cameramen to take pictures of him, (maybe in an impossible effort to photograph a good side?), when Harper attended the September, 2014 Climate Summit, which ... (can you even explain this thinking) .... he REFUSED to attend in New York City! Say what? WAIT! If he did NOT attend the Climate Summit, then why did Harper go and why did he need SEVEN photographers taking images of him? Well, because Harper went to attend the Summit's Official Dinner. (Who wants to pass up a good meal, eh!) So, in conclusion, we have to presume Harper loves to see pictures of himself eating. But sadly, how much did it cost hard-working Canadian Taxpayers to subsidize seven photographers' travel, hotel, and meals? And to put Harper and his security crew into the air and back! Is it any wonder that Harper burned through the Liberal Surplus over eight years with such egotistical, reckless spending, being just one of thousands of examples of poor financial stewardship? (Would you like your prime rib shaped like a gazebo or artificial lake Sir?) Can you smell Harper's sense of entitlement here, or would you like this CON money-blowing example of reckless spending re-written in crayons?

278. Harper privilege: the official report on underage drinking at Harper’s home was released with almost all details blacked out by RCMP! Paramedics have said the RCMP called them to the residence around 1 a.m. for a drunk, underage woman. In comparison, in the homes of Canada's First Nations this type of irresponsible parenting results in the removal of the children from the home by Family Services.

The CON-controlled RCMP was INVESTIGATED by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for their warrant-less collection of Canadians’ personal data. Once registered, an email was sent from the CONs revealing, 24 to 72 hours before the meeting, where Harper was to show up.

Day 11: August 12, 2015: Reasons NOT to Vote CON #'s 251 to 275

251. Harper shut down Parliament TWICE! One of Harper's election promises was more accountability. What a lie. What a crock. Despite his PROMISE, Harper prorogued Parliament twice. He did it the first time to block an inquiry into Afghan detainees. He prorogued Parliament the second time to avoid a vote of non-confidence which he knew he would lose.

252. Harper pledges $9,000,000 to the fight for religious freedoms in the Middle East, another politicizing tactic for Election 2015, because Harper NEVER mentioned this commitment until August, 2015, years after it has been an issue. Conversely, Harper closed nine Veterans Affairs offices in seven provinces by the end of February 2014, located in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador; Charlottetown, P.E.I.; Sydney, N.S.; Windsor, Ont.; Thunder Bay, Ont.; Brandon, Man.; Saskatoon, Sask.; Kelowna, B.C.; and Prince George, B.C. saving the Harper Government an estimated $3,780,000. Doesn't charity begin at home first? Religious Freedom over Veterans Services! What does Harper think all those Veterans went abroad to fight for?

253. The UN General Assembly unanimously passed a resolution on July 28, 2010 recognizing the right to water and sanitation. 122 countries voted in favour of the resolution, no country opposed the resolution, and Harper's Canada ABSTAINED! Is it any wonder Canada is an embarrassment on the World Stage? This abstaining from the vote showed Harper does not believe everyone in this world should be free from their own excrement! This truth was soon revealed to the World when it was learned Harper had ignored a State of Emergency in Attawapiskat, Manitoba for months. The news bulletin included the case of a young girl having to dump a bucket of her own excrement in a ditch outside her home every time she moved her bowels. In his 2010 budget, Harper allocated $330,000,000 million over two years for the First Nation Water and Wastewater Action plan, (FNWWAP). Where did this money go? Was it mismanaged? Why didn't this little girl get a toilet instead of the unhealthy and despicable chore of handling her bowel movements? Harper hides as much of his spending as he can, making the Harper Government spending of hard-earned Canadian Taxpayers' dollars all but impossible to check. $3,100,000,000, (yes, billion), has been reported missing from the Treasury, unaccounted for! This magnifies Harper's transparency and accountability lie, explaining why he is resorting to racism, bigotry, fear and terror as his Election 2015 platform: to cover his complete lack of governance. Harper is a joke Canada!

254. On November 18, 2007, Chalk River's nuclear reactor was shut down for routine maintenance and inspection. It was immediately discovered that the safety risk at this nuclear reactor was 1,000 times higher than acceptable. Based on this hazard, the President of Canada's Nuclear Safety Commission, Linda Keen, ordered it shut down temporarily to repair and restore the reactor to accepted safety levels; to meet industry safety standards. Keen said, "Canadians should not have to choose between nuclear safety and medical isotopes." Her decision came from some very sad historical experience at this site. There had already been two nuclear accidents at Chalk River, subsequently killing many of the clean-up crew from radiation-induced cancers. The exact number of Canadians who died from this radiation was never known: the government never conducted medical follow-up. 600 Canadians were on those clean-up crews. Now get this! Through a Parliamentary vote, Harper forced the re-opening of the nuclear reactors! Keen refused. Harper fired her for not following the directives of Members of Parliament who Harper apparently deemed were more expert than Keen on nuclear reactors. Reports said it did not help Linda that she was also a Liberal supporter. Harper forced the reactors to start up and on December 5, 2008, heavy water containing tritium leaked from the reactor. Evidently, Keen had been right! Harper had caused a nuclear accident at Chalk River. Thankfully, the spill was contained. Considering Harper could have been responsible for a major nuclear accident, how dangerous could his lust for power and control have been to Canadians living near and downwind from the Chalk River nuclear reactor?

255. Harper soundly criticized Canadian singer Neil Young for caring about the First Nations Canadians dying from Tar Sands cancers. Neil Young had held his Honour the Treaties Tour, which included four shows in Toronto, Regina, Winnipeg and Calgary. Proceeds of the sold-out concerts went toward helping to defray the legal costs of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation in their justice battles against the Tar Sands. Neil Young said, “Fort McMurray looks like Hiroshima. Fort McMurray is a wasteland. The fuel’s all over, the fumes everywhere, you can smell it when you get to town. The closest place to Fort McMurray that is doing the Tar Sands work is 25 or 30 miles out of town and you can taste it when you get to Fort McMurray. People are sick. People are dying of cancer because of this. All the First Nations people up there are threatened by this.” Additionally, in a press conference, Young accused the Harper Government of breaking its promise to First Nations.

In an article she writes, “Bubble Boy” has become synonymous with anyone who isolates him or herself to avoid contamination by the outside world. It has figured prominently in pop culture, serving as the title of two movies and an episode of TV’s “Seinfeld”. But it has rarely been applied to politicians, especially Canadian ones — until now.voters have never seen a campaign as closed and isolationist as the one being conducted by the Conservative party this year. Events are by invitation only; attendees are screened by the party and issued tickets.Tories feel they’re under no obligation to hold public events. In other words, if you’re just Joe or Jane Q. Undecided and you want to check out the Conservatives to see whether you can vote for them — forget about it.surrounded by cheering (handpicked) supporters, without any risk of a heckle, an interruption or a misstep.Transforming Harper into the Bubble Boy renders his campaign as sterile as a hospital isolation ward. With over 3,000 staff, Harper could be raking in $3,000,000 per annum for the CON Party, siphoned from Taxpayers, through the Treasury, into his staffs' pockets and then into the CON bank account.

Vörek preaches that rape on private property should be legal so women can have "learning experiences". Since 2012, the Southern Poverty Law Center has tracked Vörek for promoting misogyny. Why didn't Harper have Canada's border patrol put Vörek on our No Entry list? Millions of Canadian woman have been terrorized by sexual abusers, yet Harper has allowed a terrorist against women into Canada to lecture men on how to terrorize women! Isn't it Harper's duty to keep Canadian women safe from such a despicable man from entering Canada to preach misogyny or does Harper not consider this a form of terrorism? EVERY Summit Meeting, being held simultaneously, was attended by a CON MP EXCEPT the FIRST World Conference on Indigenous Peoples! Ironically, Harper sent a First Nations CON MP, Environment Minister Leona Aglukkaq, to the conference on climate change!

264. Harper is MORE OPEN with Americans than his own countrymen, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING it was their lives Harper was about to put on the line! In September, 2014, while Harper was in the USA apprising Americans of Canada's intentions on the War in Iraq, his Parliamentary Spokesman, CON MP Paul Calandra REFUSED to tell Canadians, during the televised Commons Question Period, ANYTHING about the War in Iraq commitments which Harper was making simultaneously, on behalf of Canada, to the Americans. Canadians, whose lives were at stake and who were going to foot the bill for billions of dollars, were the last to know!

265. Harper's CON MP Michelle Rempel, in yet another act of apparent CON-entitlement, allegedly spent $2689.10 of hard-working Canadian Taxpayers' money, including transport and two nights accommodations, to go on a wine-tasting trip fundraiser for a CON Party Candidate. Using Taxpayers' money from the Treasury for party business is AGAINST THE LAW, but she has NOT been charged. In comparison, if a Canadian stole $2689.10 from a company he worked for he would be arrested and charged. Additionally, he would be fired immediately. Harper, her boss, has refused to fire her for stealing from Canadians. Rempel is STILL a Member of Parliament, despite this theft! Where's the investigation? Does Harper control the courts and police?

266. Harper hypocrisy: has a bird sanctuary named after him in Israel despite birds dying by the thousands, poisoned in his beloved Tar Sands tailing ponds. This includes at least 30 endangered Blue Herons, found dead on August 7, 2015. The lifespan of a blue heron is about 15 years. Since one died in their hands, Tar Sands executives admitted many more may have left the scene, mortally injured.

Harper has intimidated charities who speak out against him into silence, under threat of losing their charitable status, but during Election 2015, the Canadian Firearms Institute, a non-profit organization, (as advertised on their web site), has sent Canadian gun owners letters praising Harper and the CON Party and railing against the Opposition Leaders! How can they get away with this? See the hypocrisy? See the threats? See the intimidation? See the bullying? See the control? See the fascism? All from our Leader!

268. Harper "CON-impartial" Speaker of the House, Andrew Scheer, chastised the NDP on September 24, 2014. He was all over the NDP for their questioning of the Speaker's very obvious BLATANT LACK of neutrality during Question Period the day before! VERY CURIOUSLY, what took the Speaker so long to slap the NDP's wrists? Apparently, he must be following orders from the PMO. Did he ever see the irony? Under this Speaker, the House of Commons is a sham and a joke!

269. Harper has become such an embarrassment to Canadians that two market-minded artists in Toronto brilliantly designed a bilingual tote bag that says "My Prime Minister Embarrasses Me" in both official languages and they immediately sold out on their first two runs!

Harper was sternly rebuked by former CON Prime Minister Brian Mulroney on September 4, 2014, on National television,  (CTV’s Power Play), slamming Harper's terrible record as Prime Minister, including Harper's under-estimation of Justin Trudeau, Harper's refusal to call an Inquiry into Missing & Murdered Women, Harper's Little League approach to foreign affairs, Harper's spat with the head of Canada's Supreme Court, Justice Beverley McLachlin, Harper's tense relations with the UN, Harper's negative relationship with U.S. President Barack Obama, and Harper's negligence in dealing with the environment. When such a powerful figure as a former Prime Minister from Harper's own Party destroys their Leader on National TV, on so many important topics, ... and the CON Caucus doesn't immediately fire him ... just how much more proof do Canadians need to see that CON MPs are nothing more than barking trained seals under their taskmaster, "rolling balls on the tips of their noses" in the House of Commons on his command, (more commonly known as reading scripts like Fifth Graders when it is their turn to make fun of Canada's supposed democracy on CPAC TV)?

Weren't you charged for possession of marijuana just four years ago? Update: Harper, who refuses to legalize pot, has fired Buddy as a candidate. Day 10: August 11, 2015: Reasons NOT to Vote CON #'s 226 to 250

226. In one of Harper's most fascist, democracy-killing acts as Prime Minister, using his fraudulent-won majority government, Harper has BANNED Elections Canada from using their democratic, independent rights. Harper has actually STRIPPED Elections Canada of their RIGHT to encourage Canadians to get out and vote! Why? It should be noted that 9,251,160* Canadians did not vote on May 2, 2011. This high, suppressed vote result, together with Team Harper's confirmed election fraud, most assuredly gave the CONs their majority and ultimate control of Elections Canada. This control of Elections Canada allowed Harper to pass his fascist election bill which greatly suppresses voter turnout and Canadians' ability to freely vote. And sadly, Harper could win another majority in 2015 because of this fascist law banning ads which encourages all eligible Canadians to vote.

227. Harper's police state-styled fascism: changed law retroactively to clear RCMP of criminal charges; using an Omnibus budget bill and his majority government.

228. Harper WITHDREW Canada from the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, the ONLY country in the WHOLE WORLD to withdraw! This was hardly surprising on Harper's part since the Tar Sands has now made Canada the World's LEADING country in deforestation, even AHEAD of the Amazon-busting Brazil! Harper's reason? He claimed the UN convention was "too bureaucratic"!

229. Under Harper, Canada was the ONLY North Atlantic Treaty Organization Member REFUSING TO SIGN the Arms Trade Treaty on Conventional Weapons! Roland Paris of the University of Ottawa's Centre for International Policy Studies, on noting Harper's lack of foreign diplomacy, stated, "Rather than maintaining a virtuous circle of effective bilateral and multilateral diplomacy abroad, Canada has been marginalizing itself. Since Mr. Harper failed to win Canada a Security Council seat in 2010, he and his ministers have derided the UN for its 'moral relativism'. Canada used to be a leader in multilateral arms control, spearheading the campaign against anti-personnel land mines. Now, we are laggards, the only NATO member that still hasn’t signed the Arms Trade Treaty on conventional weapons".

230. Harper uses hard-earned Canadian Taxpayers' money to create Conservative Party advertising, despite the CON Party having a multi-million dollar "war chest." Why didn't the RCMP confiscate records to prove this theft of public money, initiated by a prosecutor's demand for an investigation? Does this prove Harper controls the courts and police?

And Harper calls ISIS the terrorists. Look who's the terrorist: our own Prime Minister. This has been done on HIS WATCH! Sick and disgusting. Children, no matter where they are from, should NEVER be put in with gang members and violent offenders. This is not MY Canada! Harper promised to turn Canada into something we would not recognize and and he sure has: previous governments would NEVER have accepted the abuse of children like this. NEVER!

Harper fired Linda Keen, President of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission not just over policy differences, but apparently also because when he had her background checked, found out that in the distant past she had ties to the Liberals. Harper railed about it. This press report claim is hardly surprising as it goes hand in hand with Harper's speech in Calgary that he had rid Canada of Liberals, saying they had gone the way of bell bottom trousers and disco balls. Or his speech at Rob Ford's mother's place where he intended to turn Ontario blue.

241. Harper, using his "Un"Fair Elections Bill passed with a majority government won with the help of election fraud, has stripped the power to launch investigations into election frauds and violations from the Chief Electoral Officer.

242. Documents expose Harper's obsession with control. Once in power, Harper took extreme steps to control the message at ALL federal events, a process that has blurred the time-honoured separation of non-partisan public servants and that officials and public-policy analysts say is undermining democracy. Harper scripts every CON MP's public event using a potent, little-known communication tools called Message Event Proposals. These Message Event Proposals have become the political tool for literally putting words in the mouths of cabinet ministers, federal bureaucrats, low-profile MPs on the barbecue circuit, and seasoned diplomats abroad. Harper's Message Event Proposals highly contradict, and add further proof to what a hypocrite and liar Harper is, because Harper's core campaign promise that brought Prime Minister Stephen Harper to power; the introduction introducing a new era of transparency and accountability in government. A former Harper office employee stated, “We discussed every single issue and micromanaged every news release — everything. Pretty much any event, or any roll-out of an announcement, would have a Message Event Proposal that would lay out the strategy.” Harper has refused to comment on Message Event Proposals. Is it any wonder Harper takes ONLY prepared questions from the Press? How's that for transparency and accountability! If you know your history, these Message Event Proposals are exactly the kind of fascist-styled, control tools used as a propaganda resource by the 1930's German government to fill the German peoples' minds with lies and innuendo.

243. Harper, by using his fraudulently won majority, has made entry into any war supposedly a CON only decision. HOWEVER, since Harper controls his Caucus 100% through fear and intimidation, Canada's entry into any war is IN FACT a fascist-styled, Harper-only decision.

244. Harper LIED to Canadians about the war in Iraq: he PULLED Canada into that war! Harper declared the USA asked Canada to participate. The USA CONFIRMED they did NOT ask for help. The USA confirmed Harper offered to go to war!

245. CON MP, turned Speaker of the House, Andrew Sheer, killed a vote to extend hate crime protection to transgender people. Canadians must ask themselves why would a Speaker of the House slap transgender people down, taking away their rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms? Although Scheer is a CON MP, he is supposed to be neutral in his role as Speaker. How is bullying transgender people from the Speaker's chair in the House of Commons being neutral? Who does this REALLY point to? Since taking the Speaker's chair, Sheer has made a mockery of Canada's Parliamentary system many times, yet he keeps the chair!

246. Harper named in a DEFAMATION SUIT by Muslims. Harper has PERSONALLY harvested a CON dogma of attack against Muslims. This bigotry and racism does not stop at Harper's door either. On a radio show, one of Harper's CON MPs, Larry Miller said, "Muslims should go back where the hell they are from."
